I ordered the Overwatch Ultimates Mercy 2 pack, but there were some hiccups, and it turned out it wasn't available anymore. Leigh got in touch to say sorry and spent days digging into the problem, trying to find a similar item from another warehouse. We didn’t have any luck, but as a gesture of goodwill, he sent me the more valuable Genji and Hanzo 2 pack for free and refunded my money! Wow! He treated me like I knew what was going on and broke down the supply chain issues that caused the problem, explaining what could be done to fix it.

He really went the extra mile and represented the company excellently. A true asset to his team!

I’m absolutely livid! I bought a PS4 game for my grandson on the 16th, and now it’s the 21st. Just got an email saying my order's been canceled because it’s out of stock! They said, "A refund has been issued and should reach your original payment method in 3-5 working days, although this can take up to 30 days to clear for credit/debit cards." This is a disgraceful way to treat customers. I won't ever do business with this terrible company again.
